Accent Color

The accent color drives tiles, links and emphasized elements. Two modes:

• Follow system: matches the Windows / Windows Phone system accent.
• Default cyan: the classic Metro cyan #00BCF2.

Tip: When following the system, changing the system theme color reflects on the app tiles instantly — one of the core experiences of the Metro design language.

Preview Background

The preview WebView supports three backgrounds:

Style	Color	Best for
Gray	#1d1d1d	Classic dark gray for long reading sessions.
AMOLED Black	#000000	OLED screens; power-saving pure black.
Tokyo Night	Night palette	Retro, atmospheric writing.

Autosave

Autosave can be toggled in Settings with a selectable frequency:

• Off: fully manual saving.
• Low frequency: longer interval, for stable environments.
• High frequency: shorter interval, for writing with frequent interruptions.

Tile Styles

Home tiles support fairly rich styles — size and color combinations — making it easy to tell different kinds of recent files apart.

Home Background

The home background is customizable: pick your own image or solid color for Mark::Blocks’ “Start screen”, staying true to Metro’s spirit of personalization.

File Tabs

Tabs use the Metro style with smooth transitions. With many files open, the tab strip scrolls automatically instead of squeezing, staying touch-friendly.
